We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to start a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order was shipped into the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the eligibility conditions outlined above.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
